We want you to love your Mustard Made lockers as much as we do, but if things aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, flat-packed packaging. Please note that once a locker has been assembled, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization form.
Check the Condition
Ensure all components are securely placed back in their original flat-pack boxes; we cannot accept returns for lockers that have been partially or fully assembled.
Ship It Back
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
